Our Team

Millie joined the Murray Nankivell team in 2011 after moving from Sydney to Serviceton to marry local farmer Travis Carter. Her connection to the area began in 2006 when she came to ride trackwork for racehorse trainer Darryl Dodson, before returning to Sydney to complete a double degree in Fine Arts (Painting and Drawing) and Arts (English Literature).

Now working part-time, Millie assists clients with Xero administration and provides support in our administration team, greeting clients both in person and over the phone.

At home, Millie and Travis are raising three young children—two girls and a boy—on the family farm. Millie has a variety of interests, including a love for horses, reading, cooking, painting (both on canvas and children’s faces), and playing hockey. She is also actively involved in local church activities. While she enjoys tending to her garden, she admits she’s still learning the ropes compared to her husband's gardening skills. When she has free time, Millie can often be found enjoying the outdoors, especially near the beach.
